We then went to a campsite in the middle of the Maktesh, built a fire, cooked some food and spent the night out under the stars.The next morning, I got up and went for a run with Shelly. It seems silly to go for a run when you are in the desert and trying so hard to conserve water, but it was worth it. It was a really nice run. We had breakfast and then went off off to meet our goude for our tour of the Maktesh.

Yeah, hopefully the archives of the blog can provide you with details of what I'm doing. I'm having a good time. The food is very different. I am eating more pita and homous then I ever thought I would. Also, fruits and vegetables are pretty good. Overall, I'm having a good time. I don't know if you'll see this response, but if you want to get in touch with me, email is the best way. I am glad that you are checking out the blog.
